- Instagram data: when you connect your Instagram account, we access your Instagram messages (DMs) and basic profile information (username, account ID) to display them in your unified inbox

- To display your Instagram DMs in your unified inbox
- To power AI-assisted replies via our AI assistant Aria
- To send you important service notifications

4. Instagram Data
- We access Instagram messages only to display them in your Autopia AI inbox
- We store messages temporarily to enable our inbox functionality
- We do not share your Instagram data with any third parties
- You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time from Settings
- Upon disconnection we stop accessing new data immediately
5. Data Storage and Security
- Your data is stored securely on servers in the EU
- We use encryption in transit and at rest
- We follow industry standard security practices
6. Data Retention
- We retain your data as long as your account is active
- You can request deletion of your data at any time
